No, My concern is, when this case happen in Live and we rolled the NFT to user. we won't be able to pull that back on charge failure

You are not getting it... NFT is Non fungible token.. we cannot take it back once rolled to user... i.e. our platform won't receive fund but since stripe sent us success in charge we transfered that NFT ticket to user.. in that can our platform will not get paid

4000 0000 0000 5126 is a test card for refund scenario. Or is there another test scenario you have in mind?

Sounds good, you can only perform a refund on a linked charge, and that's why the description says Charge and refund.
