Hi! I connected the stripe with woocommerce and activate the option pay via OXXO but clients are not receiving an email with the details or de code to pay in the OXXO store
hmmm, you'll need to reach out to woocommerce to ask about this. For context, Stripe doesn't send an email with those details for OXXO payments. However, we do provide the information that can be included into an email. If there's currently an email being sent, it's from woocommerce.
