We use it to process payments through Freshbooks.

We just started using Freshbooks, we have been using Invoice2Go for the last 2 years but they are doing away with Stripe Payments and we would like to keeo using Stripe.

I do not think there are any special integrations with Terminal and Freshbooks. Unless this is something Freshbooks offers themselves.

I guess my question is does the Terminal work like Square where you link it to your phone and you can swipe credit cards?

After reading everything on the website it seems like it's more complicated because of coding which was all very "Greek" to me.

There are multiple readers with different levels of complexity but it's true we are more code focused.
