Hi! What is your quesiton?

sharp stirrup
#

Hi

#

I have added many payment methods and in a payment link I can only see card input...

#

why is this?

#

it is only a demo, (on live mode) to check that available payment methods were there, but no:

vague fox
#

Thanks! Give me a few minutes to look into this.

sharp stirrup
#

thanks

vague fox
#

Which payment methods were you expecting to see exactly?

sharp stirrup
#

all of the ones enabled?

#

so I need to enter a payment_method_types array?

#

where do I need to add this?

vague fox
#

so I need to enter a payment_method_types array
No, what you did is accurate. The doc says: "If no value is passed, Stripe will dynamically show relevant payment methods from your payment method settings "

sharp stirrup
#

hmmm, so ONLY card payment method is available, where is SEPA, where is KLARNA?

vague fox
#

Yes I'm still looking into this.

sharp stirrup
#

ok thanks

sharp stirrup
#

any news

vague fox
#

Sorry for the delay, we are still investigating this.

Hello again @sharp stirrup , this is open again

sharp stirrup
#

hey, thanks

#

I have this link

#

I am removing payment_method_types

#

so that stripe takes care of it, depending on place and currency

#

however, I am not seeing SEPA debit

#

or any other payment method

foggy bobcat
#

Are those enabled for your account?

#

Ah, this is the same thing I just looked at for someone else

#

this is something we're currently working on:
https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/integration-options#checkout-payment-element

Note the callout in green:

Connect platforms: Join our beta program to enable new payment methods for your connected accounts. If you’re a Standard platform using direct charges coupled with Checkout, Payment Links, or our new Payment Element, then contact us to learn more.

Learn about the different ways to integrate payment methods.

#

I suggest you email the address linked there about getting access to this

sharp stirrup
#

OK I need to write a message?

#

what is the email address linked there

#

Also, why is one of my accounts been denied to use SOFORT ?

#

"ineligible"

foggy bobcat
#

For help with that, you'd need to reach out to support: https://support.stripe.com/contact

sharp stirrup
#

ok, I have emailed them

#

so they will enable payment method types on connected accounts?

#

automatic payment method types

foggy bobcat
#

The idea of this is that it would allow you to accept automaticly selected payment method types from the connected account

#

those standard accounts would get to choose their own supported types, though
