What do you mean by "sync firebase with stripe"? I think this is up to firebase but will try to gauge the context and see if I can help

Sync as in any customers created in Firestone database would automatically create customer objects in stripe. And creating sub and plans in stripe would create collections and documents in Firestone. Is there a guide or tutorial that shows how I can do this manually without using firebase extensions.
and also show the ability to sync firebase with stripe without the extensions
