but it has a disclaimer text that i don't want to show

cus we are not going to keep their card info long term

i just want to validate their info so i know we can charge the card and only charge it if we make sure we have enough inventory for the buyer to claim

Unfortunately it's a Payment industry obligation. You need to tell your customer that you are saving their card and charge later

You could add more clarification in the webpage, but I think that sentence can't be hide
