Looks like there could be an enforcement from issuer banks and it requries 3DSecure.
What error have you received? Can you share a request id?

Yes this error appears following a confirmation from 3dsecure, when the user confirms his payment on the bank interface this error then appears. This appears on all of our 3dsecure payments.

Hello, can you elaborate where did you see that error?
I see the PaymentIntent required 3D Secure confirmation, but your customer might failed to / didn't authorize it, instead you have cancelled the whole Subscription
It could be your client implementation is using an incorrect method
