I created a coupon for my customer (i.e. ID code, Name of coupon, parameters, etc.). I told him to redeem it and he says it does not discount my subscription to him. Did I miss in step in activating the coupon?
well you'll have to share the Coupon ID, the Subscription ID etc that the end customer tried to apply it to
are you the developer building the integration?
No. My developer is being hands off and allowing me to learn how to use Stripe on my own. He said it was easy to create a coupon for my customer and with the help of Youtube I figured it out. I just can't figure out how to export it to the customer. Is there an "Export" button I am missing to activate the coupon?
