You can't change the created field. It's a system field that's just generated by the API

I tried to test it using Stripe CLI as well but I got an error: stripe trigger invoice.upcoming
⣟ Checking for new versions... The event ‘invoice.upcoming’ is not supported by the Stripe CLI.
