Sure! The merchant country code. Which is that that parameter expects: https://stripe.com/docs/js/payment_request/create#stripe_payment_request-options-country
The two-letter country code of your Stripe account (e.g., US).
So perhaps the original ask was confused? As they can't actually have an Israeli based Stripe account
