Hmmmm :\ Stripe support has said it's something on our end, but as far as we know nothing has changed. Is there a possibility something has changed on our integration without our knowing?

Are you getting this error from the Stripe API?

I'll try talking to them directly. The tldr so far is that the external user has contacted Stripe Support who has said it's a technical limitation from the integration on our end, that we must have changed something.
