Most emails are not sent in test mode. I am unsure if refund emails are. They are only send to emails that match your exact account email, so try setting your email as the customer's email.
Can you clarify your second question? The refund should work as normal and Ben would be refunded
I'm wondering who is the person who will be listed in refund invoice?
Initially we've created a payment intent for Yauhen Skaradumau but during payment process updated billing details with new cardholder name
