Hi ๐ a new subscription will not pull in previous troubled payments, you would need to manually account for those.
ok so either ask him to pay the last bill to create the new subscription or add it to the fee basically?
Yup, you can either try to have the customer pay the outstanding invoice, or you can find a way to add it to their new payment. You could add it to the subscription as a one time fee, or adjust their customer balance to reflect the outstanding payment amount (which will then be pulled into the next invoice that is generated).
