as far as I know, no. You can change the address on the customer the invoice is for, but the details on the PDF won't be changed even if you redownload it as we freeze a snapshot of the fields. We make this immutable since invoice regulations in many countries require invoices to be immutable

So once the invoice is finalized that's it? I also tried updating the customer, but seems like the data doesn't reflect. Okay, thanks for clarifying, we will try to find different solution with metadata somehow probably.

yeah, finalizing the invoice freezes a number of fields, it's laid out at https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/integration/workflow-transitions#not-editable-status

as it mentions there, an option might be to create a new invoice, that's about it
