For some logical issue, the payment method was connected with wrong customer so I am gonna fix it so it is connected with a new customer

There's not. You'll need to recollect the payment data

You'd need to detach/reattach. But then it's not longer usable

There's no way around this I'm afraid, you'll just need to capture payment details again
