Yes, I can update the subscription but I have to go in after N months to update. Was hoping that there was a way to "schedule" it and not have to do it "manually" after N months. If it is possible, I missed it.

you can use the 'schedule update' button in the page for updating the subscription to have the change you make apply at a time in the future

We can schedule the changes for those "customers" we know of, there are not that many. Most have a fix $ per month.
Our members subscribed online to a product (each product has one plan). The product is basically $x, $y, or $z monthly.
I was hoping to crate via the dashboard "a Product" or something that has the scheduled change in it. So there is no need to change/schedule manually.
Being able to manually schedule is already a big help.

makes sense but yeah, it doesn't work at the product level, like you can't have a product itself that automatically updates
rather you work with the individual subscriptions and schedule changes to them to change them from one product to another
