@lethal shuttle I believe if you install stripe-cli you can use the stripe events resend evt_xxx command it will send it to the new endpoint
that's likely the easiest way
Hey @spark prism - thanks. I'll give it a shot.
SOS
@spark prism I added a local listener, but now I'm unable to remove this
Client will kill me :/
How do i remove that
There's no documentation on this
??
Remove what?
Hello @brittle hornet
I followed the instructions provided above, now when i open dashboard my laptop has been configured in local webhooks
I need to remove this from Local Listener
Did you stop the local listener?
I need to stop the local listener
You stop the local listener and then I believe the entry will be removed after a period of time, though I'm not sure how long that is.
Okay great. It says disconnected, so it should be removed anytime automatically right.
As far as I know.
Hope for the best ๐
I'm trying to resend an event to webhook but its not coming up. Any idea?
What do you mean, it's not hitting your endpoint?
Exactly. Its not hitting my endpoint but status says that it has been sent
I tried resending one from dashboard and it successfully hit the endpoint
But not from CLI
Please disregard. I found the issue
I need to include --live for production
Ah, good spot!
When you look at that event in the dashboard, do you see new attempts of it being sent to a webhook?
Was the event sent to a webhook endpoint initially?
No
It wasn't
Long story short : someone removed the dispute webhook and I've configured the dispute event again. Now i need to resend all 34 events again
Can you try adding the --webhook_endpoint option when you call events resend to send the event to a particular webhook?
https://stripe.com/docs/cli/events/resend#events_resend-webhook-endpoint
Can you paste the command you entered?
Ah, sorry about that.
Awesome! Happy to help ๐
