I made a purchase with a company that works with you and they told me that on day 1 they made a refund through Stripe but it has not yet arrived

You'll likely need to continue trying to reach out to the company. Without certain specific details which only the company can provide to Stripe, Stripe won't be able to identify if there's any issue with the refund
