Hi there, what type of accounts are you using here?
Standard
Right, so that's normal to no be able to access those details
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
Note that it says "Custom only" -- this is nor accessible for you with Standard accounts
well, i try with Express account and it works
but i lose access to the dashboard with Express and with Custom
is there a way to accces company and individual without losing dashboard access?
No, the idea is that this is driven by who manages the relationship with the account holder, so those at at opposite ends of the spectrum there
Do you have a list with all the differences between each type of account
because here https://stripe.com/docs/connect/accounts says that user can access the dashboard with express and that looks like is not true
and here https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/object#account_object-company says that company and individual are only for custom but i can see the information with express
Hello! I'm taking over and catching up now...
Express accounts have access to the Express Dashboard, which has very limited functionality compared to the Stripe Dashboard.
I believe for Express you can see that information until onboarding is complete, after which you can't see it.
Once onboarding is complete the account holder would manage that information in the Express Dashboard.
But prior to that you as the platform would manage it.
