Okay, sometimes people don't ask the question they really mean. In this case I think you would need to handle customer acceptance offline in order to avoid the ip_address and user_agent fields. As these are used for validation I think I would increase denial rates

thanks for your response. If we use a mobile app, it's fairly difficult to get an IP address unless the user is on wifi. What do you recommend for cellular users?

I'm not familiar with those techniques. You'd still get an IP address, presumably -- the request must come from somewhere.

Tracing that to a customer might involve work with the ISP (a cell provider, potentially)
