hi, I have a discord community in crypto. I use upgrade.chat and stripe for this
Now to the problem
When I invited my members to Discorden I asked them to go in and subscribe via upgrade.chat, in connection with this I wanted to invite them for a month and arranged a discount code that would reduce the entire first month amount, but I happened to make a mistake and that discount code would instead be forever

so I wrote to the support at upgrade.chat and they said that I can go into Stripe and manually delete this discount code, which I did and everything seems to have gone right until today. Most of my members would get their first charge after the discount code, today, February 15th. But I do not see that they have been charged
what do you mean by stripe subscriptions, I use stripe as a payment system and upgrade.chat for their Bot

That won't help unfortunately. I don't know this site or their services. I only work with developers integrating Stripe. Do they offer a support service?

Okay great. So what are you using the Stripe dashboard for? I know you said coupons but are you also using it to manage Customers, create Products?

I did that on my Upgrade.chat who is connected to Stripe They are synchronized. so I use both for that. I use Stripe for payment and subscriptions, I have not used it to add products. My products that I post on Upgrade.chat are automatically on my Stripe
in answer to your question, yes, you could say I use it for everything

And you are not seeing charges generated for your customers?

from yesterday 14 February until today 15 February I can see that it has debited a total of 10 members, of which 5 of them state that the payment fails due to the customer having insufficient balance in the account
so my question is, does it charge everyone at the same time, in other words everyone who has their charge day on February 15, does it happen during the day and at a special time or how does it work? Why I ask is as I said because it has only charged 10 people so far while it should actually charge many more who have their payday today, February 15
