You can find the list of payments in https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments . Just give me the Payment Intent ID (it starts with pi_) of the transaction in question so that I can continue the troubleshooting.

I see, I'd suggest you to reach out to Squarespace on this matter, and ask them why the page says payment made to the stripe but you didn't see the payment in Stripe.

I just need to make sure I can still receive the money. I have a big event coming and I thought the transactions were processed because I received emails, until I checked stripe and nothing was there.

Before I leave, just want to let you know that the payment was made successfully to a Stripe account. But I cannot share the merchant ID here because I cannot verify your identity in Discord.

I'll suggest you to write it to us at https://support.stripe.com/contact , include the payment intent ID, as well as all the Stripe account merchant IDs you have
