Yeah you have the right idea already - you're already doing separate charges and transfers so you'd just do the same thing cross-border with your recipient agreement accounts.

ok but rather than including a transfer_data + destination parameter in the paymentIntent, I would have the money flow to the platform first? Then make a transfer from platform -> connected account?

Ah, using transfer_data + destination isn't separate charges and transfers at all - that's destination charges. With separate charges and transfers you'd just make the payments on the platform account and then initiate a separate transfer creation request to move funds from the platform -> connect account. Our docs aren't super clear with this, but I can confirm that a US platform with recipient agreement connect accounts can use Separate charges and transfers to do cross-border transfers.
