Hi 👋 you can definitely place metadata on a subscription when you create it 0, but we aren't terribly familiar with reporting in this forum (we focus on API integrations) so I'm not entirely certain on that.

Our support team might be able to give you more guidance on the available reports:

If it's not available in a canned report, then you may be able to build a custom report using Sigma to do this, but again Support would know more on this.
