Hi there, why not just create a new Subscription for the customer when they subscribe if it isn't during the 14 day trial period?

Hi, thank you for your answer! Yes, I did that but if I create a new subscription I can know the trial conversion rate, so I wanted to know I there are another option

The only other option really is to have a longer trial period within Stripe but only allow access to your product for the first 14 days. I wouldn't really recommend this though. I would create new Subscriptions if they Subscribe post-trial and then you can both calculate actual trial conversion (for if they convert during the 14 days) as well as conversion later based on if the same Customer has multiple Subscriptions.
