If you switch into any of the WooCommerce Payments accounts (select them from the top left hand corner) you should be able to go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account and modify the Public business name

When we click on one of the woocommerce payments account it takes us to connect.stripe.com once we pass the 2FA it takes us to a page prompting us to file our 1099 when we visit the url you provided it asks us to log in again.

I feel bumbaclarted here.....
