Yes that is the first payment. Help and support doesn't work. Those are just topics,and I cannot chat with anyone. Even if I send e-mail nothing happens. And one more question,how Stripe can get money without any permission? I haven't have stripe account but they take my money. How could it happen?

I don't know how Stripe would take your money without you having a Stripe Account - again, support is the best place to get help for your questions since we don't have access to that kind of information.
