Hi! If you want to send funds to multiple users, then each user need to have a Connected account (for example Express account).

What if i am customer and i just need to pay then do i need to have a express account ?

You need Connect if you (the platform account) want to send money to users (connected accounts).
If an end user wants to send money to your Stripe account, they don't need an account at all.
