You need to create a brand new account and sign up, enter real email, password, real bank account, real business details, all of it

but then we can't get the company verified and use test card checkout

how can i generate a dispute on a connected account so i can see how it looks for the customer?

it will look the exact same way for them as it does for your own account so you can just test this on your own account!

But overall, you should be able to
1/ Create a brand new Stripe account during onboarding, enter real information about your real business, activate the account and have it ready to go live
2/ Once that's done, you can log into that account's overall Dashboard and look at its data since it's your account
3/ Create charges/disputes from your Connect platform on it as you do with any account
