It's really up to you - Stripe doesn't do any automatic de-duplication of customers based on email or card information, so if you want only one customer to be created per-email that's logic you'd have to add on your end. With that being said, de-duplicating customers isn't required and your completely welcome to have multipel customers with the same email and payment info

Correct - having multiple customers is totally fine if that's what you want your integration to do - I'd just make sure that you don't have any logic that relies on a single customer per email
