Hello. Can you try clearing your cache and reloading the page?
@tight breach let's keep responses in this thread
Sorry Cleared history and cache on Chrome and still receiving same error after exiting browser and back in
Do you see it?
Are you using an old version?
No, it's stripe.com correct?
Yeah that's the right website
What version of Chrome and Edge do you have?
The latest for both
Do you know specifically what they are?
98.0.4758.80 for chrome
Also what does it say in your developer console when you load the page?
Also try an incognito window
I don't know what that means developer console?
Tried the incognito windo
It appears to be working on Edge only at this time...I will regroup with my team to ensure we are all up to date, and reach out if I have further questions.
Thank you.
Ok sounds good. Sounds like a cache issue
We all have the most up to date versions of Chrome and Edge, and have cleared our cache and in Chrome tried Ignotio window and we are still getting that same page that I sent a screen shot of
Our IT team stated this is not on our end
We believe it is on your end, since we are unable to reproduce this and this is the only user report we've had of this issue. I'd tell your IT team to debug it a bit more
Ok thank you.
