#dido3-subscriptions-and-schedules

Hi there ๐ a subscription schedule is an object that contains upcoming changes that are scheduled to be made to an associated object. Can you articulate how you're using the subscription schedule?
So we have two monthly prices, one for a monthly and one for a yearly subscription.
The yearly subscription is handled by a subscription schedule with 12 iterations. For the monthly booking everything is working fine. For the yearly booking I just noticed that the subscription that is created by the schedule has no payment_intent and is not tried to charge after creation.
Everything in test mode if that's relevant
Can you provide the ID of the subscription that is being controlled by the schedule?

Sorry for the delay, still looking.
What I'm seeing so far is that the invoice for that subscription now has a payment intent. It looks like the invoice was created as a draft and then finalized about an hour later.
Invoices waiting an hour to finalize is normal behavior for them, with the exception of the first invoice on a subscription. I'm trying to pinpoint why this one seems to have gone through that waiting period.
Alright, thanks for digging into it.

Apologies, did not read through this thread fully before archiving it. Toby has reached out to our colleagues on the team that develops this for clarification.
Okay, no problem. Already thought something like that.
As I can imagine this could take some time would it be easier if I contact you via E-Mail?
Yeah, I was hoping to have an answer for you shortly, but it may take a little while to get clarification around expected behavior. Could you send an email to support, and in it mention the username that you're using here. Let me know once you have and I'll grab that ticket.
I send it by accident, I hope it has all information needed ๐
Question is something like "question already asked on discord"
Grabbed it and about to send a brief follow-up to confirm we're linked up.
Just sent the update, it should come through to your email shortly.
Yes, received it ๐
Perfect!
I'm going to archive this thread then, and we'll continue the discussion there when I have more information.
Yes, thanks for your help.
