For Standard accounts we really recommend Direct charges

Destination Charges and Separate Charge & Transfer are methods most commonly associated with Express and Custom accounts

Thank you for responding! The "recommend" part is what trips me up. I just want to know if it is technically feasible to use Destination Charges * Separate charge/transfer with Standard accounts? And if it is possible, but not advised, why is it not advised?

It has to do with what different types of accounts mean. Standard accounts represent separate businesses using the platform for some service. They have total control over their won account and can process charges on their own.

So in that case you use Direct charges because that makes them the responsible party
