I'm looking to "Force skip" the account creation process. It's not accepting fake/test data.
For example, as I progressed through, it required a real phone number for text verification and then a real social security number for my account.
In connect, does the standard account process in test mode offer an ability to create with dummy data similar to the custom account process?

Yeah for standard, you can't actually use test data unfortunately
However, even if you don't complete the onboarding steps, it will show up in your connected account list
So, you can just complete as much information as you would like

Thanks for providing that information. So that means we cannot fully test the integration/experience in our on-boarding unless we have an actual Stripe account.

So you actually can use standard accounts with test data
The issue is you have to input a real phone number
Once you get past that, you can use a test address: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#identity-and-address-verification-
Once you get to the bank account page, a button will appear telling you to use test data
