after purchasing a product, we offers a discount product
Here is a sample UI we created. Upon clicking this button, it should charge from the previous card used for payment

Payments are done by guest user, so we may not need the card details later

if you don't save the card details to a customer, you wouldn't be able to reuse the card details

it's entirely up to you when you want to store the card details. You can see how to save the card details when making payment here : https://stripe.com/docs/payments/save-during-payment
