Hi, let me look into this.
Okay no this isn't required.
One thing to be aware of though, Apple Pay does not support automatic tax collection. So if you turn on automatic tax collection while creating a payment link it will disable Apple Pay

Yeah, that one threw me for a bit.
Also it's easy to goof the config for Safari so I always start by checking this page: https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button
If you don't see the Apple Pay button then your browser isn't working correctly.

Yeah no I'm using the automatic tax feature so I guess sadly no Apple Pay for me D:

All good! Thanks for the help! Also if you can forward feedback anywhere, it would be beneficial if the preview on the right when you setup a payment link would remove apple pay from the preview page when you add automatic tax collection 😄
