it gives a list of documents but it doesn't say which are acceptable for address verification specifically. in the Handling Identity Verification section on that same page, it says utility bill is acceptable but that's not listed in the per country list for identity.
for the US
This is what it says for the additional_verification field in the person object:
person.verification.additional_document: Requires a color scan or photo of a document verifying the user’s address, such as a utility bill.
this is the list on the page for acceptable documents in the US:
Acceptable forms of identification:
Passport
Passport card
Driver license
State issued ID card
Resident permit ID / U.S. Green Card
Border crossing card
Child ID card
NYC card
U.S. visa card
Birth Certificate
utility bill isn't on this list, so I'm not sure if there are other acceptable forms of documents that can be used for address verification.

That's a generic note, the utility bill is a document supported for address verification in some countries (eg, Austria)

I expect one of the supported documents that included an address would be valid, but I'd suggest writing in to support with this question, especially if it related to verification of a particular account:
