Stripe was designed to handle securely making charges. This may be possible but you'd be fighting all the designs of the system to do this. Part of the security of Stripe is that you do not handle raw card numbers yourself.

bear in mind to hold full card numbers you need a lot of certifications etc depending on your country (one of many reasons why stripe is good)
