is it that the customer can't enter their phone number in the Checkout phone number text field?

Its like when he is paying for checkout he is asked to enter phone email card details and country, but if he select some country phone details are also from the same country why cant he use other country contact details
Like see if he choose country US then he has to provide US phone number but what if he wants to select country US and phone number of UAE

I think that is by design, the phone number and country need to match up. The country is how the address and phone number validation applies on those fields.
What is the use case here, why is the customer with a UAE phone number selecting US as the country?

Like we have tourism business and client from US will select US but when they arrive in UAE they wont be using US sim card for sure they will have local uae sim card so how will they select it

ah gotcha yeah in that case as a workaround, you probably should collect their UAE phone number before hand in a separate text input before you display the Checkout page
and disable collecting phone number in Checkout as that is tied to the "country" field that they select
I'll try to flag this as feedback to the Checkout team

Is it possible to disabke this country thing cuz collecting phone number on product page is not what people willing to see

you can't disable country field afaik
and phone number field afaik has to have validation so yeah the workaround above is what I would recommend

And to be honest this country thing is quite confusing, let say if some person who has less knowledge of IT stuff wants to book, country or rgion dosent have any questions mark tool tip saying what is the reason for collecting country or region is it where card belongs from or is it customer paying in the country where business is operating, or is it nationality for person verification like he is from US has bank account in Switzerland and paying in UAE which region will he insert, i mean its little complicated if something like tooltip to indicate the purpose would be helpful just a feedback

helpful feedback! yeah that field is used for what country the card is from, to apply billing address validation to the card billing details.

I like stripe system to be honest but this small things need to be adjusted cuz we get clients who are not really aware of technology and if incase something goes wrong they might just leave our website we wont be able to even explain them
