yes but when i click that there is NO way to get a hold of anyone or any contact information. THey just want you to sign in but i can't sign in

even if you scroll down to fill out form to send email it does not send when you press send email

you can also email [e-mail]

(I just tried the form myself and it works totally fine for me at least, you could try a different browser)
