@hard plover The chat support just iterates help articles and refuses to acknowledge that we have not had disputes for almost 3 years. I get that you're not end-user support, but talking to support chat is like talking to a bot.
They claim I am already talking to a "specialist"
Specialist apparently being someone who does not listen and just links articles. So that's great ๐
I get your frustration. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to send you direct to the next support tier. I would just keep reiterating your issue, so the agent understands and it can get escalated
It turns out, after much repeating, that the email is just a "notice that you must keep your dispute rate below 1%" ... (it's 0.07)
So I suppose we just ignore it and carry on

Because if you don't see any disputes on your account but Stripe is saying you have some, I would take the time to try to talk to someone in support

She finally admitted to not knowing the answer and wants to follow up on email
As good a the support chat is on here for dev questions, just as awful is it on the official chat support

Yeah me too. I got a follow-up email giving me hints to "help me get my chargebacks/dispute within acceptable ranges" which indicates that they still don't understand the problem
As it's difficult to go lower than no disputes at all for 3 years
So I replied, again, that I cannot take action against nothing and will await their reply
