hi! the readers we provide only work with Stripe and Stripe integrations, not other third parties.

who is ePOS exactly? If they're another payment processor , you can't use a Stripe reader with them since our readers only work with our APIs. But maybe I misunderstood the context

Hi @pallid reef ! We have an ePos system which utilizes Worldpay for cad transactions.

well you can not use a Stripe physical reader with Worldpay, nope!

I see. I checked this with the team. What if, I’m suggesting that we remove the Worldpay terminals, replace with BBPOS WisePOS E devices and get another business to integrate with Stripe via the terminal SDK. Will this work?

They are currently working with a few different payment providers. I'm thinking, Stripe integration should not be a big deal but will ask them.

Should they speak to Stripe? or just use the published SDK?

I am enquiring about Stripe Terminals. karlleko said that we can't use it with Worldpay, but can we connect Stripe Terminal with another ePos System? get the ePos software company to integrate with Stripe via the terminal SDK?

I think that would be alright. The key limitation is that Stripe reader's can't be used with another payment provider (such as WorldPay), but they can be integrated with any POS system that can interact with the necessary APIs.
