When somebody pays on our website by credit card , we don0t receive payments and we don0t receive notification. We only see pending payament
Can you share the ID of a pending payment?

I'm not sure what this ID is. Instead could you share your account ID (acct_xxx)? You can find it at the top of this page: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account

When I look at your payments in the dashboard, I see a few cancelled payment. Is that the issue? Or you meant something else by "we only see pending payament"
We received an order on 29 JANUARY- and on our website there is payment pending- but we didn't receive payment

I don't see any payments on Stripe's end at this date on your account. Are you using our Magneto plugin to accept payment?

So there may be an issue with how you configured magicstore or an issue with magicstore directly. So I would recommend to contact magicstore support.

Did you (or someone on your team) write code to implement Stripe? Or are you using what magicstore is providing you?
Magic Store team made everthing
Since they built the Stripe integration, then you need to discuss with them. And if they have an issue with their Stripe implementation, they can contact us for help!
On our end we don't see any activity recently on your account, so we can't do much.

As you're not directly integrating with Stripe, you need to contact the third-party plugin for support

Yes, I know that there is very little activity on our account,it is a new website. So any time we receive a payment we have problem and magicstore team said us that problem is with stripe. So if we go on in this way we take off stripe
I'm sorry but we have no knowledge of MagicStore, what Stripe services they offer or how they integrate with our APIs! The onus is on them to support you if you're unable to process payments through their service

As I stated, there's no activity even indicating any payments have been attempted since November. So there's nothing for else is really even suggest that could be an issue
If you're confident that you've had payment attempts since then, they've not been with Stripe (at least not using the API keys from (acct_1Gb8iVB9qDqyk4Qp)
On our web site this is a pending payment on 29 January 2022 with stripe but we haven't received payment
Check the Stripe Dashboard yourself, there's no payments/attempted payments since November 2021
So either you're not set up correctly with MagicStore, or you're using the API keys of a different Stripe account
I konw that there are not payment on stripe since November 2021. Set up is made correctly and Api Keys are correct. But on web site there is an order on January 29 payment by stripe is pending but we haven't understand what happened
I'm afraid we don't know. You need to speak to MagicStore to understand how the integrate with Stripe
As far as we're concerned there's been no requests to even make a payment for months
