Is your payment link for an one-off payment or for subscription?

For one-off payment you can just Refund the Payment. For Subscription you would need to also Refund the Payment, then cancel the Subscription

For one-off Payment Link I believe no Invoice will be created

It's just a PaymentIntent, and you can simply refund, that's it
