Hello, those docs are more for taking payments. Finding the docs for connecting external bank accounts to your Connected Accounts...
Essentially you will want to get a bank account token and then you can attach it as an external account to the Connected Account you want to pay out to

So sending and confirming mirco deposits is what I will have to do and Plaid is not an option for acct verification in my case.?

You can use Plaid for that flow too
you get a Bank Account Token btok_123 on the platform and then you can use it to add that bank account to your connected account

I get a Bank Acct Token using Stripe.js and then send it to Plaid, Or do I send the customer to Plaid and get a Bank Account Token from the Plaid API.?
I already see how to add it to the Stripe Connect Acct. I'm just not sure how Plaid fits in.
