I just tried, and I did receive a customer.subscription.deleted event.
Are you sure you have a webhook setup to listen to that event?
I received 4 events in total:
we have only customer.subscription.deleted and invoice.updated event. where is the missing charge.refunded event?
Yes, I saw the charge.refunded event in another event and logs screen.It seems the previous screen has no all the events

To view all events you receive in the dashboard, go to developer > webhooks > click on your webhook. That's the screenshot I shared earlier. But you need to make sure the webhook is actually setup to receive these events (you can check that by hovering the "listening for XX events" on the page) .
