Thanks! so the customer should send funds to that account and then they'll get transferred to our bank account? I'm sorry if these questions are dumb xD I'm not familiar with ACH and the docs didn't help a lot (also checked youtube which has great videos but not an ACH credit payment example that I could find to verify the behavior)

the funds will be transferred to your Stripe account balance and then to your bank account yes

https://stripe.com/docs/payments/bank-transfers is high level but a good start

we don't seem to have great docs on this anymore but we're in the process of re-designing this part of the product/API to make it better
