With Checkout unfortunately that's not possible. There are workarounds you can do to implement this in Elements, though

OK so if we use Elements we can do this? Actually, I am correct in assuming that using Elements gives you much more customizable checkout experience?

Yes, using Elements will require more code, but will also give you much more customization

You will have to code in the separate shipping scenarios yourself, though

As PaymentIntents only support attaching 1 shipping method to them
