Custom accounts can only see what you share with them. They have no dashboard access or anything like that, so you're in total control of what they see and what they don't.

The platform is responsible for covering the fees, so your platform would need a sufficient balance to cover the fees on top of the transfer when it happens.

What would happen if the balance is not sufficient at the moment of the transfer ?

I think your platform balance would go negative, but it also might throw an error and prevent the Transfer. It depends on several factors, like how your account is configured.
