our client tried to create a standard account. I don't know but it looks like he doesn't complete registration. I have their account ID but once he trying to continue or enter to his account we have the next message: "The provided key 'sk_live_OT******************9I3c' does not have access to account 'acct_1KK5oHR0vuI1O2C9' (or that account does not exist). Application access may have been revoked"
What could happen?

usually just means they went and manually deleted it in the Dashboard. I can't really give you info here, it's a public Discord server
